I love to cook, I love to bake!! I love to give my food away and make people happy with aromas and textures and flavors!!! Anyone who knows me knows that I love food!
Besides the Captain Tag book series (5 plus) that our family has created and besides the Flowers on a Child's Grave...Now What book that is just out on ebook (today) I have decided to write a cook book. It will be full of great recipes including my famous Chocolate Cake recipe and my newest gnochi recipe, but until it's it out I have decided to challenge myself to bake Better Home's and Garden's 100 Best Cookies over the new year and blog about them. They published the book/magazine this winter and I thought it would be fun to try trusted and true recipes like their peanut butter cookies but also create their more challenging recipes like lemony-ginger cream thimbles. Also, I am sure I will find ways to modify them and make some of them even yummier so look for that too!
